On this website page, the term ‘Ever Youth Lab’ or ‘EYL’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to Ever Youth Lab Laser Clinic and its associated entities. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website or the client as the context requires.
Current promotions
Laser Hair Removal Packages
When laser hair removal areas are sold as a package, for example, the Female Half Legs, Brazilian & Underarms Package, areas purchased as a package cannot be split over separate appointments.
Full-Body Laser Hair Removal Package.
● Clients may purchase the full-body laser hair removal package at the prices set out in the marketing materials from time to time.
● The complete body laser hair removal package includes all of the laser hair removal areas offered by Ever Youth Lab, as set out in the
marketing materials from time to time. This package does not include laser hair removal areas that Ever Youth Lab does not currently offer.
● Clients may elect to remove any area from their full-body laser hair removal package.
● Clients must advise the staff at the time of booking and upon arrival at each appointment of the area that has been removed from the package. No reduction in price is available where areas have been removed from the package.
● Bookings must be made for all laser hair removal treatments.
● Bookings for this bundle may not be available on all days.
● Payment must be made in advance.
● The package cannot be used between two or more clients. Photo ID may be requested.
● Clients must pay for each treatment at the time of booking. No pre-payments are available, and multiple pre-paid discount prices are not available.
● The terms of our refund policy.
● Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. Our Price Promise does not apply to Full Body Laser Hair Removal Packages.
Skin Therapy Packages.
● The savings specified for each package are calculated on the normal per treatment price and not pre-paid prices.
● Clients may purchase as many skin packages as they like, however, payment must be made upfront in full and the terms of our refund policy apply.
● The full amount of the package is payable prior to the commencement of any treatments.
● Bookings must be made for each treatment within the package.
● Appointments cancelled, missed, or changed without 24-hour notice will be deemed to have been taken and deducted from the client’s package.
● Treatments included in each skin package cannot be exchanged for other treatments. However, the products recommended in
each skin package can be exchanged for another product of the same RRP value.
● An EYL Therapist will advise clients on the recommended time frames for each treatment within the skin package purchased, however, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they book their treatments in advance so that there are available appointments.
● All treatments within the skin package must be redeemed at the clinic the skin package was originally purchased.
● All skin packages have a 12-month expiry on the redemption of treatments.
● Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
● Clients must inform EYL of their skin concerns before commencing all treatments or products, and a consent form must be signed.
● The client must follow all at-home protocols recommended by the EYL Therapist. This may include initiating the use of skincare
and dietary guidelines.
The Ever Youth Lab Price Match Policy
● Clients must mention the Price Match Policy at the time of purchase and or
at the time of paying for their treatment or product.
● The Price Match Policy will not be applied where the products and/or treatments have already been paid for or received.
● The Price Match Policy does not apply to offers made by competitors from group buying, discount, or coupon websites.
● The Price Match Policy will only apply to cosmetic injection treatments if the treatment requested by the client is necessary, indicated, and recommended for the individual client by one of our medical practitioners following a full consultation and physical assessment.
● Our Price Match Policy does not apply to our already discounted services.
Membership Plans
● EYL membership discount can be applied 3 times during one year of membership.
● Only clients with their name registered as a member can use this discount for themselves.
● Clients can’t use their discount for family members.
General Terms and Conditions
● Bookings must be made prior to treatment and bookings are subject to availability.
● There is no limit on the number of treatments that can be purchased, however, payment must be made in full and the terms of our Cancellations and Refunds policy continue to apply.
● With the laser hair removal areas that are sold as a package, for example, the Brazilian & Underarms Package, areas purchased in the package cannot be split over separate appointments.
● The terms of use and redemption as detailed in our pre-pay policy apply and are available on our website.
● Limited time only. The offer may be withdrawn or extended at any time.
● The 50% discount is calculated using the standard single treatment price, and not pre-paid prices or areas already reduced as part of this campaign or another promotion.
● Clients must inform Everyouthlab of their skin concerns prior to commencing any Skin treatment and a consent form must be
signed.
● There is no limit on the number of treatments that can be purchased however, payment must be made in full and the terms of our Cancellations and Refunds policy continue to apply.
● The terms of use and redemption as detailed in our pre-pay policy apply and are available on our website.
● Limited time only. The offer may be withdrawn or extended at any time.
Promotion Redeem Process
● Bookings must be made, and the promotion must be mentioned prior to payment being made.
● Photo ID must be presented.
● This offer may be withdrawn at any time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
● Excludes full-body, skin packages, add-on areas, and prices already on promotion.
● Not valid on Cosmetic Injections or Skincare products.
● Bookings must be made and the promotion must be mentioned prior to the treatment.
● This offer may be withdrawn at any time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer promoted in the clinic.
Prepaid Treatments
● If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals or treatment areas.
● Pre-pays for skin treatments have a 12-month expiry date.
● Pre-pays for laser hair removal treatments have a 12-month expiration date. When 10+ treatments are bought, the expiration date will be 18 months.
● All pre-pay affected by Coronavirus will have an additional 6 months to redeem.
● 48 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be
forfeited.
● You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
● Treatments may not be completed by the same therapist each time.
Age Policy
● Our customers must be at least 18 years of age to have any laser or skin treatments.
● For persons aged 13-17, the Parent/guardian must be present for consultation and first treatment and understand the procedure
and aftercare. Not necessarily for future treatments unless they wish to be.
● Signed Consent must be done in person (the Consultation form cannot be taken home by the child).
● We advise that due to hormonal changes/puberty, we do not recommend under 12 years of age.
● For all Cosmetic Injectable treatments, clients must be aged 18+.
● EYL may request a valid form of ID to identify the age of the prospective client.
Medical Conditions And Medications
● Can treat when the client is on Antibiotics as long as they are not photosensitive.
● Photosensitive people must wait 2 weeks after taking the next treatment. Refer to https://www.drugs.com/
● Auto-immune compromised patients must have their Doctor’s consent. Psoriasis and eczema can treat around unless active, irritated or heat reactive.
● Cancer patients with 2 years in remission must require a letter from Oncologist.
Pregnancy

Treatment Booking Deposit
A deposit for your Laser Hair Removal or Skin Treatment may be required in advance of your booking (redeemable against treatment cost) at the request of your local Laser Clinics CA clinic. The deposit amount will depend on the type of treatment and or treatment area(s) booked.
